Charlie Lichtenberger, PMP, currently serves as a Portfolio/Program/Project Manager at USAA since May 2020, following a role as a Management and Program Analyst at the Internal Revenue Service from June 2019 to May 2020. Prior to this, Charlie worked as a Program/Project Management Consultant while self-employed from January to June 2019, and previously held the position of Product Management Director at USAA from September 2012 to December 2018.
