Alina Otelea

Alina Otelea has a diverse range of work experience. Alina is currently the Director of Operations at Ionic Partners. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Wesrom Corporation, where they oversaw operations across multiple divisions and locations and managed the Talent Acquisition and Customer Success Teams. Before Wesrom Corporation, Alina held various positions at Crossover for Work, including Director of Operations, Global Teams Manager, and Head of Account Management for Customer Success and Account Management. Alina also worked as the Marketing and Customer Loyalty Manager at TUI TravelCenter Romania, where they managed marketing activities and led the Customer Loyalty Department. Additionally, Alina served as the Country Manager of Golden Deals Romania, overseeing operations and achieving significant sales growth. Alina began their career at Vodafone as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for acquiring major corporate accounts and building strong relationships with clients. Alina's work experience also includes roles as an Account Manager at various advertising and outsourcing companies.

Alina Otelea holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from the University of Bucharest.
