Sorin Z.

Sorin Z. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies.

Sorin started their career at IBM in 2000 as a Delivery Project Executive, where they managed technical services and critical situations for a local Strategic Outsourcing contract. Sorin achieved high customer satisfaction and realized significant profits for the company through add-on contracts. Sorin also led a successful implementation of Lotus Notes/Domino.

In 2002, Sorin joined IBM Romania as a Delivery Project Executive for the NCI contract, managing a global communication infrastructure. Sorin improved customer satisfaction, stabilized the Lotus Domino infrastructure, and coordinated upgrades.

From 2005 to 2014, Sorin worked at Alcatel-Lucent, first as a Site Manager for Multimedia Solutions and later as the Global Competence Center Manager for Motive Professional Services. Sorin managed R&D activities, defined budgets, and oversaw server-side development and validation.

Sorin then joined Crossover for Work in 2016, where they initially served as the Country General Manager, leading teams around the world and redefining how people work. Later, they became the Director of Local Operations, managing operations in multiple cities and planning global expansion.

In 2019, Sorin joined Ignite Technologies as the VP of Professional Services, responsible for managing professional services for the company.

Most recently, Sorin is working at Trilogy as the Vice President of Software Engineering. Sorin oversees software engineering operations and leadership.

Currently, Sorin holds the position of VP of Engineering at Ionic Partners.
