Priya Lucas

Priya Lucas has worked as an HR Recruiter at IonIdea since May 2012. Prior to that, they were employed at Accenture as a HR-RECRUITMENTS from April 2011 to January 2012. In this role, Priya was responsible for interfacing with the Onsite HR, planning sourcing efforts to meet hiring targets and generating offer letters for clients in the US. Priya also handled communications between HR, sourcing partners, and candidates, provided reports and statistics for hiring challenges, and managed the sourcing team's priorities and requirements. Priya's specialties include Recruitment/Staffing Process Management, Client Relationship Management, and IT Recruitment Consulting.

Priya Lucas attended ST.MARRY'S from 2007 to 2010. After completing their time there, they went on to pursue a degree at Ramaiah degree college in the field of BCA.
