Dr. Fritz Schuchmann

Dr. Fritz Schuchmann is a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in M&A, private equity/venture capital, and corporate law. With experience working at prestigious firms such as Milbank LLP and Hengeler Mueller, Dr. Schuchmann has also served as a legal trainee at the German Embassy in Tanzania and the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy. Holding degrees in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago, Dr. Schuchmann currently holds the position of General Counsel / Prokurist at both Ocean Investment and IONIQ Group.
