Patrick Hoogeveen

Patrick Hoogeveen is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in process operation and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Operations Improvements Lead at Ioniqa Technologies since March 2019, Patrick has also held positions such as Dayshift Supervisor, Team Leader, and Process Operator within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at dalli-group as a Process Operator from March 2013 to March 2019, and previous roles at Sappi Maastricht B.V. and ROCKWOOL Nederland. Patrick has pursued continuous education, completing a course at The Lean Six Sigma Company in early 2024 and attending Chemelot Academy from May 2021 to January 2023. In addition, Patrick holds a Vapro B degree in Process Technology from Rijn IJssel, obtained between September 2013 and June 2015.
