Donna Butler

Donna Butler has a robust background in regulatory operations and project management, with extensive experience at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2004. Notable roles included Manager of Publishing in Regulatory Operations and Senior Submissions Specialist, culminating in retirement in July 2018.
