Phil Estepa has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, focusing on the development and commercialization of combination products. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Phil has previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Device Development at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Director of Manufacturing, Science & Technology at kaleo. Phil's expertise also includes overseeing device development and manufacturing at Apricus Biosciences, Inc., as well as serving as Associate Director of Device Engineering during their tenure at AstraZeneca and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where work focused on transitioning products from development to commercialization.
