Terence Brashear

Terence Brashear has extensive experience in technical support and application management, currently serving as a Technical Analyst in the Application Support Group at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 2014. Responsibilities include managing Veeva Vault, SharePoint, and Adobe Sign environments, troubleshooting issues, and supporting user access. Prior roles at Ionis included providing comprehensive hardware and software support in diverse environments. Terence also held senior positions at SUPERVALU, acting as the primary technical contact for executive leadership and developing relationships across multiple departments. Earlier career experiences include maintaining IT infrastructure for the University of Minnesota Law School and serving as a consultant for British Telecom Professional Services. Terence holds a BS in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota and has additional training from ITSMF USA.
