Marc Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marc is currently serving as the Head of US Operations and Customer Care at IONOS since August 2022. Prior to their current role, Marc worked at The Wharton School from April 2014 to August 2022 as the Director of Customer Experience for Wharton Research Data Services.
