Olaf R.

Olaf R. is a Cyber Security Lead currently serving as the Head of Cloud Security at IONOS. With extensive experience in the public sector and security-critical IT environments, Olaf previously worked as an IT Specialist, Intelligence Cyber Analyst, and Information Security Officer for the Bundeswehr from 2005 to 2020. Prior to that, Olaf undertook a traineeship at Deutsche Telekom and briefly worked as a Call Center Agent at Manpower. In the interim, Olaf served as a Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity at BWI GmbH, advising public sector organizations on secure IT and cloud architecture, focusing on compliance with BSI, ISO27001, and NIS-2 standards.
