Uwe Geier

Uwe Geier is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud solutions, information security, and system operations. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Cloud Solutions at IONOS since 2024, Uwe specializes in technical and commercial product management for cloud services. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and CISO at DCSO Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation, where Uwe led integrated information security management efforts and service delivery of managed security services. Uwe has also held leadership positions at ProfitBricks GmbH, MEGA TECH Multimedia Technology GmbH, and other organizations, focusing on IT service management, infrastructure as a service, and enterprise virtualization. Uwe holds an ITIL® Expert certification and has a background in integrating advanced IT systems and processes.
