Andrew Belletti

Andrew Belletti has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they worked as a Graphic Design for Western University on a Civil Engineering textbook. In 2010, they were a Biomaterials Researcher at Axcelon Biopolymers Corporation, where they optimized fermentation procedures for bacterial cellulose production and developed experimental procedures for isolation of nano-fibers and production of nano-particles for biomedical applications. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Process Engineer at Equinox Engineering Ltd., where they were responsible for process simulation for instrumentation and equipment design and specification, control system and shutdown procedure design, and flare safety system design. In 2016, they were a Venture Builder e@UBC at Elevated Signals. In 2017, they were a Clean Energy Engineer at Sacré-Davey Engineering and a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of R&D Marketing at Ionomr Innovations Inc., where they were responsible for evaluation and development of new co-development opportunities, market outreach and customer relationships.

Andrew Belletti obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Leadership - Clean Energy Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued Graduate studies in Petroluem Engineering at the University of Calgary from 2014 to 2015. Andrew also completed a BESc in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from Western University between 2007 and 2011.
