Raghav Padmanabhan

Raghav Padmanabhan's work experience began in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they designed user interfaces and developed use-case documents for software modules. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Raghav then moved on to become a Doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Houston from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Research Associate at Duke University, where they implemented image analysis and machine learning algorithms. Raghav also collaborated with neuroscientists at Duke University and Stanford University. In 2013, Raghav served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Case Western Reserve University before transitioning to become a Computational Biologist at GE Healthcare. At GE Healthcare, they developed and validated image analysis algorithms for medical image data and contributed to the development of algorithms for microscopy-based feature extraction and detection. In 2016, they joined NeoGenomics Laboratories as a Manager, leading a team in deep learning research and algorithm development for multiplexed immuno-fluorescence data. Raghav also developed scalable computer vision pipelines for cancer image data analysis. Raghav then moved on to Wpromote in 2019, where they served as the Director of Data Science until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Data Science at Ionpath since August 2021.

Raghav Padmanabhan pursued their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Raghav obtained a Master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, attending from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Houston and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2009 to 2012.
