Abby Arvanitidis

Abby Arvanitidis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at IonQ since April 2024. Prior to this role, Abby held several leadership positions at Microsoft from June 2014 to July 2023, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Go to Market strategies, where Abby expanded a geographically dispersed team and successfully hired over 1000 external candidates. Abby's tenure at Microsoft also included managing executive recruiting for high-level positions and leading teams supporting various technology sectors. Earlier career experience includes being the Managing Partner at GreenFoot Technologies and working as a Senior Recruiter at EQQUS Technologies, where Abby specialized in technology professional placements. Abby holds a BA in East Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
