Corey McClelland

Corey McClelland currently serves as the Sr Director of Quantum Networking at IonQ since January 2025 and is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego, which focuses on promoting drowning prevention for underserved youth. Previously, Corey held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Qubitekk, Inc., specializing in quantum communications, and served as a Board Member for Humans Against Trafficking. With extensive experience in program management at Sempra Energy and a long tenure at SAIC in various leadership roles, Corey's background includes expertise in knowledge management, collaborative work environments, and global project delivery. Corey holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from San Diego State University and an MS in Computer Science from West Coast University.
