Garrett Josemans

Garrett Josemans is currently working as a Staff Technical Program Manager at IonQ since January 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, including Quantum Physicist from October 2017 to January 2023, Warfare Analyst from October 2015 to October 2017, Research Scientist from May 2014 to October 2015, and System Engineer from March 2012 to May 2014. Garrett also worked as a Research Scientist at Jefferson Lab from December 2011 to March 2012, and as a Civil Engineer at AMT Engineering from May 2011 to August 2011.

Garrett Josemans completed their Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Longwood University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Garrett then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at George Mason University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021.
