Inder M. Singh

Inder M. Singh is the current Director at IonQ. Prior to that, they were with Wiley, Arm, Affinity Federal Credit Union, and Unisys. From March 2016 to April 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer and SVP at Unisys. Inder has accomplished a lot in their career thus far. Some of their notable achievements include successfully recapitalizing the company within 6 months, raising new capital, and paying off maturing debt. Inder has also been credited with enhancing SEC financial disclosures on pensions and reporting transparency for investors. In addition, they have led a complete reversal from 15 years of YoY declines into 2x market growth model while increasing profit margins from ~5% to ~9%.

Mr. Singh has a Master of Science in Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Inder also has a certificate in Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme from the University of Oxford and a certificate in Corporate & Board Governance from Columbia Business School. In addition, Mr. Singh has Advanced Negotiations certification from Harvard Business School and an M&A (Mergers & Acquistion certificate) from The Wharton School. Finally, Mr. Singh is certified by FINRA in SEC LICENSES 7, 63, 86, 87.
