Petrina Zaraszczak

Petrina Zaraszczak currently serves as the VP of Business Operations and Integration at IonQ, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Petrina held the role of VP of Strategic Business Management/Product Management for Flowserve Corporation from May 2024 to July 2025, managing a team of approximately 50. At Johnson Controls, from August 2020 to April 2024, Petrina functioned as the VP of Product Management, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, orchestrating product management within the Global Products Organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Resideo, where responsibilities spanned full P&L management and product management leadership, and positions at Sensata Technologies, TE Connectivity, Honeywell, HB Fuller, and Owens Corning Fiberglas. Petrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
