Isaiah PickensHaro, PhD (he/him)

Isaiah Pickens, PhD (he/him) has a long history of professional experience in the field of psychology. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of iOpening Enterprises, a professional development and media company. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Director of Service Systems at The National Center for Child Traumatic Stress at UCLA from 2015 to 2020. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Adjunct Faculty at John Jay College. From 2013 to 2020, they were a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine, where they were responsible for implementation of trauma-informed services at two juvenile secure detention centers.

Isaiah PickensHaro, PhD (he/him) earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University between 2005 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from The George Washington University between 2001 and 2005. In 2013, they obtained a license as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
