Hema Lokare

Hema Lokare is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in training and management within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development at iOPEX Technologies since April 2023, Hema previously held the position of Training Manager at Fidelity Investments from October 2018 to March 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Trainer at Altisource from February 2012 to September 2017 and as Senior Associate at HSBC from December 2005 to October 2010. Hema Lokare holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Baldwin Methodist College in Bengaluru.
