Rob Burns

Rob Burns is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in global mobility, investment, and finance. Currently serving as CEO of IOR Global Services since July 2010, Rob has advanced employee effectiveness through comprehensive solutions in global mobility and talent management. As the Founder and President of The Shadmoor Group LLC, Rob focuses on acquiring and enhancing small businesses with strong growth potential. Previous roles include Managing Director positions at Jefferies & Company and Banc of America Securities, where Rob managed client relationships, advised on strategic initiatives, and executed numerous transactions. Rob began their career at JP Morgan as a Vice President, leading M&A processes. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and has an educational background from Richmond, The American International University in London, and LFHS.
