Robert Hans

Robert Hans has extensive work experience in various roles within international organizations and corporations. Robert served as the Senior Managing Director of IOS Partners, Inc. from March 1999. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Senior Advisor at Lesotho National Development Corporation, Consultant at The World Bank, Director at New College Alumni Board of Directors, Team Leader at Chemonics International, and Director of Corporate Finance and Privatization at IMCC - International Management and Communications Corporation. Robert also served as the Board Member and Membership Committee Co-Chairman at Small Business Association for International Companies, where they helped member organizations pursue international business opportunities. Additionally, Hans held positions at CARANA Corporation as a Senior Associate and Chief of Party for the Nicaragua Private Sector Support Project, and at ACDI/VOCA as the Regional Representative for Eastern and Central Europe. Robert began their career as the Chief of Party for the North Cameroon Seed Multiplication Project at Development Assistance Corporation, Inc.

Robert Hans attended North Miami Beach High School and received their High School Diploma in 1976. Robert then went on to study at the University of California, Santa Cruz, but the details of their degree or field of study are unknown. From 1976 to 1979, they attended New College of Florida and earned a B.A., focusing on Humanities, French Literature, Philosophy, and Art History. In 1980 to 1981, they pursued a dual degree, MIM/MBA, in International Economics and Finance at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, during that time, they were a Research Fellow in International Accounting at Florida International University - College of Business.
