Dr David Arku

Dr. David Arku is the Vice President of IOSH and a dedicated Occupational Medicine Physician with extensive experience in healthcare and safety. Currently, they serve as the Head of Inspections at the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency, ensuring patient safety and quality of care across Ghana. Dr. Arku has held various roles, including Medical Director and NEBOSH Accredited Tutor, and has contributed to the Federation of Ghana Medical Students’ Associations. They are also a certified trainer with PECB and hold multiple charters in occupational health, safety, and sustainability.
