Andrew Jeffery has extensive experience in quality assurance and call center operations, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Training Manager at iostudio since 2007, where responsibility includes transforming the Customer Support team into proficient representatives for the U.S. Additionally, Andrew has previously held supervisory roles at both the Navy and National Guard Recruiting Call Centers, where achievements include generating critical reports to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a recruiter for the U.S. Army, engaging with potential enlistees and maintaining community relations, and also served as a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Crewmember. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University.
