Belén Andrés Monte has a diverse and extensive work experience. Belén is currently the Vice President Global Marketing at IOT Lenses, where they are responsible for optimizing and governing the global marketing strategy to drive customer experience and increase brand awareness. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Digital Officer at Altia, where they designed the brand and UX model and managed online plans and actions. At Cione Grupo de Ópticas, they held multiple roles, including Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where they led the digital transformation of 1,200 points of sales and managed online and offline plans. Belén also worked at Carrefour España as the Marketing & e-Commerce Manager, launching and consolidating Carrefour Online, and at Amena as a Marketing Manager, responsible for B2B services and project management.

Belén Andrés Monte's education history began in 1992 when they attended ESIC Business & Marketing School for their undergraduate degree in Marketing y Gestión Comercial. Belén completed this program in 1997. In 2006, they enrolled in ESIC Business & Marketing School again, this time for a business management program.

In 2017, Belén Andrés Monte attended ICEMD for another business management program, completing it within the same year. Belén then pursued a master's degree in professional English from Vaughan Systems between 2018 and 2019.

Belén'seducation continued in 2019 when they joined ICEMD for a marketing automation and CRM Salesforce program, which they finished in 2020.
