Roberto de Andrés Prada has a diverse work experience in various research roles. Roberto started their career as a Research Assistant at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2013, where they gained experience as a learning researcher with lab assistant duties. In 2014, they joined Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg as an Investigator, focusing on their main PhD research project which involved studying the interaction between magnetism and superconductivity in perovskites. During this time, they also collaborated with top-level European Research Centers. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Stockholms universitet for a short period. Currently, they are employed as an R&D Scientist at Indizen Optical Technologies, S.L.U., where they are responsible for algorithm development, unitary test development, and problem-solving using C# and Matlab.
Roberto de Andrés Prada earned their first degree, a Grado in Ciencias físicas, from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Roberto then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Nanofísica y Materiales Avanzados at the same university from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Física Aplicada e Ingeniería de Materiales from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, during the same period, Roberto also pursued a PhD in Física Aplicada e Ingeniería de Materiales at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
