Arul Nagpal has over 18 years of work experience. Arul started their career at HSBC as an Assistant Manager in 2002, where they worked until 2008. In 2011, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, initially focusing on Strategy and Operations. Arul later moved on to Project Management, where they successfully set up and managed operations for a new client from Belgium, eventually making the account the largest financial services sector client from continental Europe for Capgemini.
