David Chang

David Chang has worked as a Software Development Engineer at IOTech Systems since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at IBM from July 2007 to April 2018. Before joining IBM, they worked as a System Engineer at ETL Technologies for a brief period in 2005.

From 1998 to 2002, David Chang attended Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology. David pursued studies in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians during this time.
