Harpal Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Harpal began their career as a Consultant at CGN & Associates, where they directed projects for various clients. Harpal then joined Pugmarks as a Technical Manager, responsible for managing web servers and optimizing the network. Afterwards, they worked at Intellisys Technology as a Technical Manager, where they maintained technology and learning resources for a technical school.

Harpal then joined PP HOLDING as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing system availability across multiple locations and updating network administration policies. Following that, they worked at Netsmart Technologies as a Technical Consultant & Architect, managing data center operations and assessing clients' business and network requirements.

Harpal then joined Abbott as a Solution Architect, engaging with business stakeholders and providing consultancy on technical solution options. Harpal'sexpertise in platform and network technologies was crucial in managing Abbott Lab's product line and design process.
