Breanna Burns

Breanna Burns currently serves as a Product Success Engineer at IOU Financial since February 2022, having previously held dual roles as Scrum Master and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Breanna was a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence at Quantum Health, where responsibilities included streamlining the product backlog and facilitating review meetings for continuous improvement. Breanna has also worked at Radiology Partners as a Senior Business Analyst focused on clinical applications, where the implementation of Agile methodology was a key task. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst role at Centene Corporation - Buckeye Health Plan, where Breanna defined business requirements and conducted reporting for senior leadership, as well as roles as Project Coordinator and Contract Coordinator. Breanna began professional endeavors at Ohio Health Group as a Registration Specialist, maintaining high patient satisfaction. Breanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from The Ohio State University.
