Madeline Wade

Madeline Wade has extensive experience in operations, with a focus on providing capital to small businesses for growth opportunities. Madeline has held leadership positions at IOU Financial for over a decade, starting as VP of Operations and currently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations. Prior to IOU Financial, Madeline also worked at Franklin First Financial/Merrill Lynch, where Madeline supervised automated underwriting support and served on committees to enhance system usability. Additionally, Madeline briefly held a VP Ops role at Zing in 2008.
