Jake Brauckmann

Jake Brauckmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jake is currently the Director of QA Operations at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc., a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director of Quality Operations at WuXi Advanced Therapies from March 2020 to October 2021.

From April 2019 to February 2020, Jake served as the Director of Quality at ARCH Medical Solutions. Before that, they held various roles at ARCH, including Quality Assurance Manager from July 2017 to April 2019 and Quality Engineer from December 2015 to July 2017.

Before joining ARCH, Jake worked at Aluminum Shapes LLC as a Quality Control Engineer from April 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they managed product development initiatives, led process improvement projects, and served as an ISO Auditor.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Lean Implementer at Johnson Controls from January 2013 to April 2014, and as the Marketing Director at SIFE's York Business Academy from September 2010 to December 2012.

Jake also gained valuable experience during their time as an Intramural Supervisor at York College of Pennsylvania from January 2008 to December 2012, where they recruited students for intramural sports and managed a referee staff.

Jake started their career as a Production Planning Intern at First Quality from April 2012 to August 2012, where they contributed to production scheduling and managed projects to improve efficiency and cost minimization.

In addition, Jake has worked as a Team Leader for Visual Inventory Control and 5S Team at YC Precision Fabrication and as an Intern at Engineered Plastics Company, Inc. in 2011.

Jake Brauckmann attended York College of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Operations Management. In 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Engineer from ASQ - World Headquarters.
