Margot Wilson

Margot Wilson, CLSSMBB, PMP, CMQ/OE, CFE, MPAff, currently serves as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc., a position held since June 2021, after previously serving as Director of Operational Excellence. Prior experience includes working at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals as a Senior Process Improvement Consultant, where partnerships with senior leadership resulted in improved operating models and strategic plans. Margot led Lean Six Sigma projects at Cooper University Health Care, improving processes and establishing a health clinic for youth, and previously held auditing roles at the City of Austin and the Texas Attorney General's Office. Margot holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
