Matthew Rosinack

Matthew Rosinack has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Matthew is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. Prior to this, they held positions at Berkeley Lights, Inc., ZELTIQ, FormFactor, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Matthew'sroles at Berkeley Lights, Inc. included serving as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and Corporate Controller. At ZELTIQ, they held the positions of Vice President of Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Corporate Controller. Matthew also served as the Corporate Controller and Director of Corporate Accounting at FormFactor. Before transitioning to the private sector, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in Assurance.

Matthew Rosinack attended San Dieguito High School for an unknown period of time. Matthew then went on to Cornell University from 1990 to 1992. Afterward, they attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 1992 to 1995, focusing on Accounting and Economics.
