Currently, Sean serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Mudflap, focusing on enhancing platform stability and developer experience, and as a Ruby on Rails Developer at iOverlander, working on moderation tools and site maintenance. Previous roles include building backend functionalities at Beamlink, founding Tiny Software Company and Klettern Software, and leading efforts to migrate and modernize codebases at Didja Inc and Valassis Digital. Sean possesses strong educational credentials, including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Roanoke College and multiple nanodegrees in machine learning and self-driving car technology from Udacity.

iOverlander
iOverlander is a mapping project started by overlanders Sam Christiansen of Song of the Road and Jessica Mans of Life Remotely. It began with the simple desire to combine many of the current overlander accommodation listings on the web. Of course, one thing turned into another, an iPhone app was born, and so was this website. We’ll be confined to spreadsheet no longer! This projects contributors number many more than just the founders. Many travelers have dedicated their time, ideas and most importantly their GPS coordinates. Thanks to all of you!
