Ashley Hofman

Ashley Hofman serves as the Medical Director at Lotus Skincare Studio and Allure, while also co-owning Spotlight Home Inspection Services. With a longstanding commitment to the Iowa Army National Guard since December 2013, Ashley holds the position of Commander of the Medical Readiness Detachment and has previously worked as an ARNP in various capacities including the Joint Surgeon’s Cell and Army Public Health. In addition, Ashley has been a Clinical Services Manager at Optum since September 2020 and has extensive experience in nursing, having held positions such as Critical Care Nurse and Podiatry Nurse Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Purdue Global, a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, also from Purdue Global, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Grand View University.
