Megan Cartwright

Megan Cartwright is a dedicated registered nurse with extensive experience in the cardiac and telemetry units at Mercy since July 2013. Megan has also served in various leadership roles within the Iowa Army National Guard, currently holding the position of Commander of the 134th Medical Company (Ground Ambulance) since December 2021. Prior military roles include operations officer and executive officer among others. Previous nursing experience includes work as a CNA in both the cardiac/telemetry and hematology/oncology units at The University of Iowa Health Care, where skills in hospice and palliative care were developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Goldfarb School of Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa.
