Trent van Genderen

Trent Van Genderen possesses extensive experience in military and manufacturing leadership, currently serving as the General Manager at American Wood Fibers, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Trent held various operational and engineering roles at TPI Composites, Inc. and Vermeer Corporation, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams, process development, and quality assurance. In the Iowa Army National Guard since October 2010, Trent has advanced through ranks to Assistant Operations Officer, overseeing training and operations for a battalion and multiple companies. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management, both obtained from Northwest Missouri State University.
