Abraham H. Kuol

Abraham H. Kuol is a Transportation Engineer Associate at the Iowa Department of Transportation, specializing in hydrology and hydraulics design for road and bridge facilities since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer focused on water resources for the State of South Dakota, where responsibilities encompassed highway drainage and floodplain modeling, along with the design of culverts and bridges using software such as HY-8 and HEC-RAS. Abraham has also worked as a Civil Engineer at Soltesz, where tasks included preparing civil engineering plans and designs for stormwater management, and as a graduate project contributor at Temple University, focusing on low-impact development designs.
