Jacqui Digiacinto

Jacqui DiGiacinto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and program management in various roles, primarily with the Iowa Department of Transportation since December 2010. As a Consultant Coordinator and Team Lead, Jacqui oversees a $100 million annual Engineering and Professional Services outsourcing program, collaborates with division managers to set and achieve program goals, and reports on outcomes. Previous roles include External Civil Rights Administrator, where management of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program was key, and involvement in emergency operations for travel-related incidents. Additional experience includes economic recovery initiatives with the Rebuild Iowa Office, corporate relations at Drake University, and public policy representation with the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Jacqui holds multiple degrees from Drake University, including a Master of Public Administration, a Certified Public Manager designation, and a Master of Science in Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Illinois University.
