Jesse Tibodeau

Jesse Tibodeau has extensive experience in civil engineering, serving in various capacities at the Iowa Department of Transportation since December 2009, including roles as Assistant District 6 Engineer, District 1 Construction Engineer, Acting Marshalltown Resident Construction Engineer, and District 1 Design/Area Engineer. Prior to that, Jesse worked as a Civil Engineer at HWS Consulting Group from August 2005 to December 2009 and at WHKS & Co. from July 1999 to August 2005. Earlier experience includes a position as a Civil Engineer at Kruse, Cate, & Nelson, P.C., from May 1997 to July 1999. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Iowa State University, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and studied at Winona State University from 1992 to 1994. Jesse is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and previously held the title of Engineer in Training (EIT).
