Cindy Harris

Cindy Harris has over 20 years of work experience in various roles.

Cindy began their career as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board in 1994.

In 1998, they joined cfX Incorporated as a Senior Consultant and stayed with the company until 2012.

In 2012, they became the Chief Financial Officer at the Iowa Finance Authority, where they currently work.

Cindy Harris has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Grinnell College. Cindy also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, they obtained a certification in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in 2020.
