Nicki Howell

Nicki Howell has extensive experience in agricultural development and customer service, currently serving as an Agricultural Development Program Specialist at the Iowa Finance Authority since July 2019. Prior roles include working at Summerset Winery as a Tasting Room & Event Assistant from March 2018 to March 2020, and a variety of positions over nearly a decade at Terrus Real Estate Group, which encompassed roles such as Service Center Representative, Homeowner Association Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Administrative Assistant.
