Bobbi J. Allen

Bobbi J. Allen has over 15 years of work experience in various roles in the railway and recruitment sectors. Bobbi J. currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Iowa Interstate Railroad, where they are responsible for developing and implementing effective Human Resources and Benefits strategies. Prior to this, they held the position of Director - Human Resources, D.E.R. at the same company, where they oversaw activities related to organizational design, change management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee development. Before joining Iowa Interstate Railroad, Bobbi worked as a Recruiter at Manpower Inc.

Bobbi J. Allen attended Upper Iowa University from 1998 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In June 2017, Bobbi obtained a Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Alliance. More recently, in March 2022, they achieved a Certified Life Mastery Coach designation from Brave Thinking Institute.
