Heather Knowles

Heather Knowles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract management and accounts receivable. Currently serving as the Manager of Contracts at Iowa Interstate Railroad since April 2018, Heather manages and drafts property access agreements and has developed a database to enhance interdepartmental efficiency. Previously, Heather worked as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, where responsibilities included collections, cash management, and month-end journal entries. Prior positions include Accounts Receivable Clerk at Flexsteel Industries Inc. and Payroll Specialist at Packers Sanitation Services, Inc.
