Stephanie Sweers

Stephanie Sweers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Iowa Ortho since August 2018, and previously held the position of Finance Manager. Prior roles include Senior Accountant at Principal Financial Group from July 2017 to August 2018 and various roles including Controller for CRST Pegasus, Senior Accountant, and Financial Analyst at CRST International from February 2013 to July 2017. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa (2008-2012), a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (2019-2021), and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business (2021-2024).
