Abby Friedmeyer

Abby Friedmeyer is an experienced designer and developer with a background in graphic design and communication. Currently serving as a Front-End Designer/Developer at Iowa PBS since November 2019, Abby previously worked as a Graphic and Interactive Designer for the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs from 2013 to 2019. Abby's extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company from May 2002 to November 2019 included roles such as Communication Manager, focusing on guest communication services and corporate communications, as well as graphic design and internal communication. Additionally, Abby was a Graphic Design Specialist at Iowa Student Loan from August 2007 to 2013, where responsibilities included graphic design, web design, website usability, project management, photography, and video editing. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, and Political Science from Iowa State University, completed in 2002.
