Allison Moses currently serves as the Director of Integrated Health at the Iowa Primary Care Association, overseeing clinical practice transformation initiatives across Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Oral Health, and Revenue Cycle Management for all Federally Qualified Health Centers in Iowa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Allison held positions including Clinical Nurse Specialist in Acute Care at MercyOne and School Nurse for Ames Community School District. An extensive career at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines included roles as Unit Nursing Director for Cardio/Pulm, Virtual Patient Observation, and Central Telemetry Monitoring, along with serving as Nursing Manager and Registered Nurse. Allison holds a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Executive Nurse Leadership from Chamberlain University and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences.

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) has provided technical assistance and training to Iowa’s community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to meet community needs since 1988. The Iowa PCA is a non-profit membership association comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program and is recognized as the trusted voice on healthcare, particularly concerning vulnerable populations.
