Sarah Dixon has extensive experience in the healthcare and public policy sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Partnerships & Development at the Iowa Primary Care Association since August 2007. Sarah has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Lead Contract Manager, Senior Director of Emerging Programs, and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to this, Sarah was a Senior Program Manager at the State Public Policy Group from 2001 to 2007. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from Drake University, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grinnell College, earned from 1997 to 2001.

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) has provided technical assistance and training to Iowa’s community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to meet community needs since 1988. The Iowa PCA is a non-profit membership association comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program and is recognized as the trusted voice on healthcare, particularly concerning vulnerable populations.
